Video Submission Terms and Requirements

• The video must be at least 20 minutes long

• The resolution must be at least 1080p

• Each video must have a 1-5 minute trailer, also at 1080p resolution

• The audio quality must be good so that students can understand what the instructor is saying

• A title

• A full description

• A short description

• 3-7 bullet points about what the student will learn from the video

• a biography of the instructor

• a high quality jpg image of the instructor with a resolution of at least 900px X 900px

• a high quality jpg image to represent the video in 16x9 aspect ratio

• the medium that the video teaches

• the subject matter that the video teaches

• the skill level required of students who watch the video

• Submission of a video does not guarantee acceptance

• Acceptance of a video does not guarantee placement in any particular featured area of BoldBrush studio (except under the videos attributed to the instructor)

• Trailers and Videos must not have any screens that direct viewers to find more videos off of boldbrush studio (such as URLs to your own video site, for example)

• You agree to promote each video accepted with a call to action link going to the video page on BoldBrush Studio in at least the following places:
  
  1. To your newsletter subscribers (or email contacts of artists/students you have if you don’t have a newsletter)
  
  2. On your Instagram profile (if you have one)
  
  3. On your Facebook profile (if you have one)
  
  4. On your Facebook page (if you have one)
